Strategy
Our affiliates have been aggregated based on one of two premises: firstly that our Service Platform needs to be contiguous, and where there are gaps in the main LINC Media business, then these need to be covered by related companies or partners. A list of our Partner companies appears in the Partner section. Secondly, where we work with a company that is closely aligned to our own goals and mission, then LINC Media may make an offer to become involved as a shareholder. This is typically done with a mix of cash and sweat equity. As a side note, we consider an affiliate to be a company where there is a common major shareholder or a direct shareholding by one company in the other.
